It and notified Wiring Specialties. It left us scratching our heads at first thinking injector or a coil went out, but everything ohmed out within spec. We corrected the problem simply by removing the tape and redirecting the connections to their proper placement. Its nothing major that can't be corrected and only takes 2 minutes to fix. However this could lead to potential issues with people who aren't familiar with these cars as they may think something else is damaged or malfunctioning and charge the customer more for "tracking down the problem" or replacing parts like an injector or coil when they are good.
